Deep hand washing is our specialist service for rugs that require more care than a standard machine process can safely provide. Silk, antique, hand-knotted, and extremely fine-fibre rugs are particularly sensitive — the wrong chemistry, the wrong agitation, or the wrong temperature can cause irreversible colour bleed, pile distortion, or fibre damage.
