We Handle the Hard Part
Moving a rug — especially a large, heavy, or delicate one — is awkward work. Rolling it correctly, carrying it without damage, transporting it without soiling or creasing, and then getting it back in the right place at the other end. Most people don't have the right equipment, and getting it wrong can damage a rug before it's even been cleaned.
Our pick-up and delivery service removes that problem entirely. We schedule at your convenience, arrive at your home or business, and handle the rug properly from the moment we pick it up to the moment we return it. It's included free of charge with every cleaning service we offer.

We Arrive & Inspect
Our technician inspects the rug with you before we take it — noting any existing damage, staining, or concerns so there are no disputes about pre-existing conditions.
Safe Transportation
Rugs are rolled correctly (pile inward for most pieces), padded where needed, and secured in the vehicle to prevent shifting or creasing.
Cleaning at Our Facility
Your rug goes through our full wash process — or the specialist service it needs — at our Rochester facility.
Delivery Confirmed
We contact you when the rug is ready and schedule a delivery time. We don't drop it unannounced.
Return & Placement
We return your rug, unroll it in the correct location, and ensure you're satisfied before we leave.

Our Fleet
We use a purpose-fitted Ford Transit 250 van for all rug transportation. It's set up for rugs — not as an afterthought, but as the purpose of the vehicle.
A Note on Large & Heavy Rugs
Large rugs — particularly oversized Persian, Oriental, or area rugs — can be heavy and unwieldy when rolled. If you have a rug that you know is especially large or heavy, mention it when you book so we can ensure we bring the right equipment and staffing for collection.
We're accustomed to handling large pieces and can advise on how to prepare the space for pick-up so the process goes smoothly.
