Complete rug washing is our signature service — a thorough, full-immersion cleaning process that removes the soil, odours, and stains that vacuuming and surface cleaning simply cannot reach. Every rug that comes through our doors receives an individual assessment, and we choose the cleaning chemistry specifically for its fibre type and condition.
Over time, rugs collect far more soil than is visible on the surface. Ground-in grit, allergens, pet dander, and contaminants work their way deep into the pile — where they grind against the fibres with every step, causing damage from the inside out. A full wash is the only way to address this properly.

Complete rug washing is suitable for virtually all rug types — wool, synthetic, cotton, Oriental, Persian, machine-made, and more. If you're unsure whether your rug is a candidate, we'll assess it for free and recommend the right approach. Particularly delicate pieces (silk, antique, extremely fragile) may be better suited to our Deep Hand Washing service — we'll tell you honestly which is best.

Pre-Inspection
We photograph and tag your rug before touching it — documenting its condition and tracking it individually through every stage of the process.
Dusting
Dry grit, dust, and debris are removed before any moisture is introduced — preventing soil from turning to mud and embedding deeper into the pile.
Full-Immersion Wash
Your rug soaks in our 1,200-gallon wash tub with precisely matched chemistry. Soft brushes lift embedded soils to the surface for thorough rinsing.
Centrifuge Extraction
Our 14-foot centrifuge spins out the water efficiently using centrifugal force — an additional rinse at this stage delivers outstanding odour removal.
Pile Grooming
The pile is groomed in the correct direction for the best possible appearance, texture, and lay — so the rug feels natural underfoot.
Climate-Controlled Drying
Drying flat in a temperature-controlled room with circulating air prevents mildew and produces a noticeably softer, fresher result.
Post-Inspection
A trained technician inspects the dry rug as if it were new — applying spot treatments, odour checks, and re-washing if our standard isn't met.
Wrap & Return
Your rug is wrapped in Tyvek® and delivered back to your home — fresh, protected, and placed back in position at your convenience.
